Services included in our home health program are Skilled Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Home Health Aide, Wound Care Management, IV Therapy and Inotropic Infusion Therapy, Ventilator Management, Patient Education, Medical Social Services, and Nutritional Services.
